  • All employees with access to confidential information must pass a 7 year criminal background check in all counties, states where they lived and worked (annual random background checks to be performed on 33% of employees).
  • Employees must pass pre-employment drug tests and subsequent random testing of employees every year.
  • Drivers are enrolled in DMV pull notice program which monitors their driving records. America Shredding enforces written polices and procedures for drivers and other employees.
  • Employees must display picture ID badges at all times.
